Minimum fare is @ 3.00 for the 1.5 miles and only charged @ 1.00 per mile there after using the shortest possible route.
If a customer would prefer to go a quicker way using a longer route it has to be charged accordingly.
If a driver decides to go a quicker way using a longer route he can only charge the shortest route.
